Position: Graphic Designer

Background
Noon Feminist Movement is committed to advocating for women’s rights, amplifying feminist voices, and documenting violations against women and women’s human rights defenders. As part of its advocacy and awareness efforts, the Media Unit plays a crucial role in producing visual and digital content that highlights key issues, campaigns, and projects.
To enhance its media output, Noon Feminist Movement seeks a Graphic Designer to support the Media Unit in creating compelling visuals, graphics, and motion graphics for digital platforms, ensuring the effective communication of its message across social media and other channels.
Objective of The Role
The objective of this position is to provide high-quality graphic design support to the Media Unit, ensuring visually appealing and impactful content that aligns with Noon Feminist Movement’s branding, messaging, and feminist values.
Scope of Work
The Graphic Designer will work closely with the Media Unit to develop creative visuals that support Noon Feminist Movement’s advocacy, campaigns, and featured projects. Tasks will include but are not limited to:
Designing static and dynamic social media content (posters, infographics, banners, templates, etc.).
Creating motion graphics and short animated videos for campaigns and awareness initiatives.
Designing branding materials such as reports, presentations, and digital publications.
Developing visual identities for specific projects, events, and campaigns.
Ensuring brand consistency across all visual content.
Collaborating with the Media Unit to conceptualize and execute creative ideas.
Adapting content for different social media platforms, ensuring accessibility and engagement.
Providing input on visual storytelling approaches to enhance engagement.
Deliverables
The Graphic Designer will be expected to deliver:
A set number of monthly visuals and graphics, based on project needs.
Motion graphics or animated videos as required.
Adaptations and edits to existing visual materials.
Finalized designs in various formats (JPEG, PNG, MP4, etc.) optimized for different digital platforms.
Qualifications & Competencies
Proven experience in graphic design, motion graphics, and digital content creation.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
Experience in designing content for social media platforms.
Strong understanding of feminist perspectives and commitment to gender justice.
Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and receive constructive feedback.
